I have spent over thirty years building technology and the last fifteen focused entirely on healthcare. What I bring to the table is something I don't see often enough — the ability to think at enterprise architecture level and then sit down and write the code myself. I don't hand off the hard parts.
My work spans both the NHS and private healthcare in the UK, where I design and deliver integration solutions that connect clinical systems, move data reliably, and hold up under real operational pressure. I know what these environments actually look like on the inside, and I build for that reality.
I care about the ecosystem beyond my own projects. I contribute to open source healthcare tooling, share what I learn, and try to make the path a little easier for the people coming after me. The best work in this space is done in the open.
